Payments
All payments made through our pet supplies site are made using a paypal secure gateway to ensure all our customers get a safe payment environment to pay for their goods, all purchases are covered as we are a verified seller.

Postage
Next day delivery orders must be recieved before 2pm to ensure next day delivery of your pet products, and whilst every effort is made to get your pet supplies to you in the specified time there are occassions when stock is temporarily unavailable - in this instance we will let you know and refund the difference between next day delivery charges and the standard delivery charge. Standard delivery is usually between 2 - 5 days

Returning goods If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will happily refund you the cost of your item or send you a replacement, we cannot however refund or cover postage costs incurred.

Customer details All customer details will be kept private within our own system and will not in any way be divulged to any third party for any reason whatsoever. We have a strict privacy policy and would like to ensure all customers their details will not be passed on.
